  Brilliantly titled "Come and See" communicates a heavy and harrowing message through the story of a young boy. Starting as a naive and passionate nationalist, turned hollow yet still human resistance fighter. The title challenges the audience to "Come and see" the harsh realities of war, deglamourized. It doesn't shove this message down your throat however, never relying on gore to communicate, rather Klimov let's the audience infer details...

  I understood enough of this movie to recognize I didn't understand alot of it. Fantastic!
  It's strange, it's uncomfortable, and it's beautiful. Dafoe and Pattinson killed it with this film. It's great to see well established actors be apart of something weird.
