One time when I was younger I tripped while running and landed crotch first on gravel, I had not thought about that in years until I saw this movie.
I'm not saying Hillbilly Elegy is the cinematic equivalent of scraping your crotch on gravel, but both experiences are unpleasant and should be avoided.

I went to see it so i could mock it. I was ready to hate it. I tried hard to hate it, but somewhere in the middle I came to the realization that It's good and I really liked it. It proves the universal truth that if you set the bar low you will find happiness or at the very least a fun musical with crazy cat human hybrid effects.

It is predictable and meant to tug at the heartstrings and I loved every minute of it. The preformances were great, I laughed a lot and had all the other emotions that go with a movie like this. The world is so sad right now we need more movies like Green Book. My favorite movie at TIFF. More than likely my favorite movie of the year.
