  Weirdly this feels like precautionary tale about unresolved daddy issues and the longhouse. But in sweeter and poetic notes, it’s so much more, it’s a new coming out of age story for those latter in life, from what I can prescribe or guess. Nicole Kidman’s character represents those who are still figuring things out and yearning for more in life, with her story reflecting a journey of turning to various, lolll sexual, outlets for self-expression.

  Lolll Daniel Craig’s character makes coveting and yearning male companionship charming-romantic. There’s also something moving about how his character arc just dies, anguishing all alone. 

  Also obsessed with the moody dark lusty atmosphere. This was crazy, I love it.
