The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim 2024
I am a die hard LOTR fan. ROP disgusts me to my core.
This movie gave me life and hope for newer adaptions in Middle-Earth.
This movie played out for me as Eowyn (played by Miranda Otto who narrated this film) narrating a story that King Theoden would’ve told to her as a child. A story that would’ve given her hopes of being a shield-maiden of Rohan. It had embellishments of Helm that only a “story” would have and I love that about it.
Frealaf blowing Helms horn and leading the charge down the mountainside got me bricked up as well. Electric scene.Translated from by -

This movie deserves so much more love than it gets. The always forgotten Disney movie with great characters and a touching story. Jim Hawkins and Mr. Silver (and morph) will always have a soft spot in my heart.
