Not for nothing, but there's a handsome motherfucker interviewed in this documentary.
I like the Doors music, and I really like this movie. Mainly because it at least somewhat shows what a cocksucker Morrison was and doesn't put him on any sort of fake pedestal.
I think Morrison was talented, sure, but he wasn't the messiah of music. He was more like the Steve Jobs of music.
This is one of the rare instances where the film actually lives up to the hype surrounding it. This has the full package of great story, soundtrack and acting.
I'm not a huge fan of horror comedies, but I really dug this one. Pretty sure this will make my Best of 2015 list for HorrorTalk.
