Mr Bong is all fair and valid to make a fuck you movie to trump after he dissed parasite - but he had the last laugh, and that sour taste ruined quite a funny movie
that feeling trump was gone post Jan 6 and impeachment 2 etc is felt heavy through this movie and it’s settler critique would’ve landed far better in a Harris world.
watching this caricature having watched the state of the union address this week just made me sad, and the whole ‘we will rise up!’ Tone in the third act again feels so out of place given the trump reelection
