Look, I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy this. This movie is whacky in a very M.Night way that works for this movie unlike something like The Happening. There is some genuinely great stuff in this, but it loses a lot of steam once the story leaves the concert.
The Monkey is pretty good but was close to being great, which is a bit of a bummer.
The humor and camp of the movie are what give it its distinct personality, but those same qualities are what can make it hit or miss.
