  The first best picture winner and also the first film to ever feature a same sex kiss. Technically impressive for the time considering this is also the first movie to ever film in the air. This movie also feels very gay, especially toward the last third, and I wish they were able to explore this more at the time because in all honesty it's the most interesting part of this film. For being this first best picture winner it wasn't a bad start.
