I thought it was gonna be so scary that I didn’t watch it for so long cuz I was terrifiedddddddd but like it wasn’t that bad. I do think they should’ve left some stuff out of the trailer so it would be scarier in the movie. The ending was wild. But the rest was a little predictable.

refused to watch this movie for a long time because i was boycotting the casting-non-jews-as-jews epidemic but this one at least has no prosthetic nose so i finally gave in.
the part where she breaks down on the floor really struck me. the intensity of jewish anxiety in this movie reminds me of high school. also her parents are exactly like my parents except her mom doesn’t have a personality disorder

Wig not as bad as the one in Smoke Signals, but it’s up there. Tbh I like the fashion. Julia Roberts I want u forever. But……I didn’t really like either’s personality that much. And the movie kinda kept repeating the same trope with the like “the hooker comes out in a rlly nice outfit!!!!!!!!!” And the main guy is just a nothingperson richguy McGee and they’re like We r in loveeeee like no…he’s just never met a hot poor person and she’s never owned a birkin before 😬
