Best show of the year? Quite possibly, not sure if anything else will come close to this, at least not in the filmmaking respect. The one-shot episodes are crazy to even think about. Having shot every episode 10-odd times, every little thing perfected, a continuous hour-long effort. It was just brilliant. I found myself grinning at times, just watching such theatre unfold in front of my eyes.

Adolescence understands the power of attention so well. As soon as it's a…

Expected the ratings to be a little higher for this one. It's not a great movie but still better than most in the already saturated slasher genre. It blends comedy romance and horror (just the bloody gore kind) pretty well I thought. It makes you care for the characters just enough so you do remain interested in the eventual, though predictable, outcome.

Heart Eyes is that random little surprise that is surprisingly an enjoyable time. It doesn't overstay its welcome either, a perfect 90 minutes runtime, and rather self aware. It's a fun time, easily better than average.

Three stark acts in this movie. First act was the crazy cinderella story. the second act was my favourite, one of the funniest 30-45 mins I have seen in a long time, and the third act was the inevitable ending. There's a lot of fun to be had here, the acting was amazing. The comic timing from everyone was great, but a special mention to Yuriy Borisov (who played Igor, the awkward henchman). He was just perfect in his role,…

This was something special. It’s an incredible blend of two genres, largely dominated by one with only glimpses of the other before its full commitment. It begins as a Western and stays a Western for much of its runtime, however, the last act reveals all. It reveals a violent, gory, bloody horror, and I loved every second of it.

It’s hard to believe this was a directorial debut. The pacing is strong, hardly a dull moment. A fine cast carried…
