  Close enough, welcome back Benoit Blanc!

  I fully expected to hate Joker: Folie à Deux based on the overwhelmingly negative press it’s received, but I actually really enjoyed it. Despite the film’s bleak setting, Phillips’ use of lighting and bold color makes for a visually beautiful sequel. Joaquin Phoenix is masterful, Gaga can really sing and Tim Dillon is fat. Big Cigarette’s favorite film.

  The Wild Robot is spectacular, with breathtaking, hand-painted visuals, a deep story with relatable life lessons (family, love, self-worth) that will really tug at your heart strings, and voice acting that fits seamlessly and instantly immersed me in the world. I was genuinely struggling to hold back tears during several sequences in this film. It's absolutely perfect, and everyone needs to see it.
