  Doesn’t sit comfortably anywhere on the scale between “good” and “bad”. Every decision made during the film felt intentional but rarely did they make sense, and the result seems to inhabit both extremes of any measure. Equal parts earnest and ironic, beautiful and hideous, preposterous and sincere. Had me entranced at times and ready to leave at others. I think I enjoyed it even though it doesn’t stick the landing.
