I was upset they went for the whole “wife in the freezer trope” before the movie even really started, but I was impressed that they actually took time to explore Wades grief in a respectable manner. Really well done themes, while still being funny. Definitely difficult to live up to the first one, but i’m happy that it didn’t rely too much on the previous movies humor.
