There was a moment in this movie where Nicolas Cage walked into a bathroom, and as I was feeding Radie her dream feed bottle of milk at 3am, I instinctivly reached for the remote and turned the TV down. If anyone knows anything about Nicolas Cage, it's that at some point in any movie, he's gonna scream. Real Loud.

Anora 2024
Again with the hype machine. There was a time when you came across an indie movie and had no expectations. Now it seems that each indie movie is hyped as unlike anything anyone's ever seen and better than anything ever made. Anora is a simple movie that's let down by it's festival hype, and that's a shame. I'm not sure why this is happening.
But to the movie? At it's core it is an underwritten version of Uncut Gems.
