  For JOHNNY RAMONE?

  I don't care what you think. I love Nicolas Cage. There are so many dumbass shitass horror movies that are churned out of the stupid fuck factory daily. This is not one of them. Is it the best movie I’ve ever seen? No. Is it an entertaining 90-odd minutes of my life that I could have spent vegetating on the couch in my idiot Oodie, watching something else? Yeah. But I would have been worse off. This movie is the equivalent of Nicolas Cage throwing a little morsel of fun into the monotonous enclosure of your life.

  I don't know my ass from my butt when it comes to film analysis, nor do I care to. I watch movies to be entertained. New Rose Hotel lost me at times, probably due to external distractions. I have a "to rewatch" tag that I mostly reserve for movies that would be fun to revisit for background noise, or for a season, or whatever.
