  Quintessential Shakespeare story, but watching this was my first time viewing it (any rendition) start to finish. No hot takes here folks, I was quite moved by the tragedy. Once again struck by how young the characters are, both the actors and their parts.

  I enjoy when old stories are given modern settings, and the mob family aesthetic lent itself well to this version of Romeo and Juliet. Though, ultimately I thought it over the top at times. Exaggerated movements…
