  The design, the colors, the dresses, I appreciated every part of this film. Watching those slow motion scenes and listening to the theme was like being in a trance; I felt so many things. Maggie Cheung is an absolute icon, and I too would fall in love with her.

  THE SEMI-FICTIONAL BIOPIC I DESERVE. The soundtrack could not have been any more perfect. As a lover for period pieces, I knew this film was meant for me within the first few minutes and especially when The Strokes started playing as she was running through the hallway. Also, those garden scenes!! They were so liberating and beautiful.
