  I paused the movie and say “hey that’s Oedipus” when they had the scene with the guy who had his eyes pecked out, and Alfred Hitchcock came through my front door and shook my hand. True story

  A screaming comes across the sky…

  I liked it! Some of Nolan’s most suspenseful moments contained in here. The second act is by far the strongest, with the third being the weakest. Nolan’s weaknesses once again represent themselves, with over-exposition and the occasional Reddit dialogue (some guy you may have heard of? A certain… JFK?), but I think the pros outweigh the cons here. 

  Trinity scene was great. Can’t beat the Twin Peaks one though.

  I think I watched this movie at the ideal time: when I was 13. A lot of this movie doesn't really stand up to scrutiny, but there is something about it I think that makes it great.
