I have a lot of mixed feelings about this movie because it had some funny/interesting moments and I think the main actor did a good job of portraying very different personalities and being hot but I think I would have liked it a lot better if he didn’t become essentially just as bad as the criminals he was trying to catch in the end. Best new movie I’ve seen in a while, not a hot take by any means but I’m in love with Ryan Gosling now because he was very cringe fail loser boy but in a hot way and I respect that. Get yourself a man who cries to Taylor Swift in his car‼️‼️ while the girl he is crying about is like a couple feet away‼️Very silly movie, I enjoyed it immensely.

My favorite movie of all time. I cry when I hear the soundtrack alone. This is not a joke I promise. There has not been a better movie before or since. It may be the nostalgia talking I don’t know. Cody Maverick shaped my entire personality growing up and now I too am a grumpy little guy with big dreams and chronic social awkwardness. I have converted all of my friends into Chicken Joe stans, as they should be. Top tier movie, 5 stars, will make my loved ones watch it with me a billion more times until the day I die.
