  I feel like I need to rewatch this movie cuz I cannot put in words how underwhelming it was for me. I honestly do not understand the hype, and I only haven't graded it less stars because the Shape of Water deserves the worse grading.

  Every time I watch this movie I like it less. To be honest the conversations are kinda boring to me. The acting is great! But I feel like the work by itself wouldn't stand if it wasn't for the acting. 
  There are better queer movies for sure.

  Shows very interesting perspective on the Joker's life. It shows how much damage the environment can cause to a person's mental health, and how the stigmatized nature of mental illness can influence on a person's ability to see society as a helpful tool for recovery.

  It's been almost a year since this movie came out and I still remember the phenomenon it became ever since the promotions.
  People were all wearing pink, going together to watch a film made by women, for women everywhere. Obviously, the movie didn't please everyone, since we do still live in a Ken's world, but to me this movie was the perfect example of a light learning experience. It showed the impact of misogyny through a different perspective, using an iconic image to illustrate the issues it caused, it being Barbie.
