  i was made increasingly sad, offended, and sickened throughout this movie. i never get this personal in reviews, but as a survivor it feels necessary to say that this one left me crying afterwards because of how awfully it treated the subject of sexual violence. it ultimately spends so much time portraying violence to then say nothing of substance about sexual assault or the realities of sex work, which makes me question the director’s motives in portraying such violence at…
