I love when sci fi is used to tackle real life issues: this movie is a criticism of Catholicism, corrupt governments, colonisation, as well as people who are blinded by their faith. Not just that, it is also a cinematic masterpiece. The contrast and juxtaposition of colour on Giedi Prime as well as using brutalism,, GENIUS.
