i’m gonna say it. i don’t care that you have alopecia

i am very against the idea of ai-written anything and rather disgusted by the way chatgpt concluded this film with a “but humanity can never be replaced” message. shut up you soulless computer. 

however it’s an interesting experiment, i know the creators did not make it with the intent of condoning chatgpt-written movies. if i didnt know it was chatgpt written actually sentence cancelled because it has all the hallmarks it’s so obvious

also, re: sarah’s character and women as portrayed by ai: there is no hope for women, there is no hope for women

In a rewatching mood lately. I love you Rob Reiner, you understand the Comfort Movie far better than the rest of us ever will

brutal unrelenting pace, deafening silence, fantastic sound design, exhausting, engrossing.

full of tender feelings, and parents and children that don’t know anything about it.  brilliant. incredible. god. if you get it you get it. made me cry like five times. every setup pays off beautifully. wow. holy shit. i need to go write more movies. wow. wow. bf compared it to little miss sunshine which i think is on the nose. marketed incorrectly and that’s such a shame. because i don’t think it has found it’s audience quite yet but will become a cult classic. just stunning.
