OKAY— so i tried watching this once and fell asleep during the opening sequence which like I KNOW I KNOW it’s like LOUD so how do you fall asleep? idk. you don’t give me characters to root for, i’m lost in the sauce. but i get it, it’s a long sequence it’s actually like impactful if you get it. okay im on board now.

could not be more shocked that i loved it. i was expecting it to be kinda shitty because of its low rating and the buzz around it. but i was in tears and shocked and horrified. beautiful and stunning. i think someone here tapped into such unique and deep experiences as a woman and made it so relatable and heartbreaking. loved it and im 10/10 seeing it again. the only reason i could understand the low rating is if it’s a bunch of pretentious theater men who missed the point by miles.
