Unforgiven 1992
Holy heck, it’s crazy that the same person who made this made the Mule (2018). Probably not a controversial opinion but this was the most stylish, cerebral ‘guy’ movie I’ve seen in a long time. The anti-western western that has such a tight script and story it transcends the tropes and becomes something more. Will be thinking about this one for a while.

Why is Melbourne always blue? Why is Russel Crowe so hot? I can definitely see why it’s an ‘Australian classic’ but I thought it was going to be better. A lot of flash and actually not all that much substance.

Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl 2024
What I love so much about this movie is how unlike in 2005’s “Curse of the Where-Rabbit”- the cinematic largeness of the movie doesn’t diminish the charm and cuteness that makes the shorts so memorable. It has a relevant and heartfelt message about connection and technology and a believable tension between our clay main-characters.
The side characters are all fun and memorable and feathers McGraw might be my weirdest hear me out. If you liked the shorts as a kid this will have you feeling all types of ways.
