Beating Hearts 2024
Everyone told me this film was incredible, but in reality I personally enjoyed it because I found it disturbingly accurate.
So yes, on a purely technical level, the list is long: the sets, the costumes, the pacing, the soundtrack, the acting, the transitions, the shots, the dialogue... everything is good. We've seen a lot of technically good films, but why is this one so outstanding? Because Gilles Lellouche reached into our imaginations, our memories, and immersed himself in the stories…

A Nice Jewish Boy 2024
At first the rhythm is great, dialogues too and the set design is also amazing. I loved the color calibration but te be honest I felt that at half time, the rhythm start to slow down and it doesn’t help to stay focus on the plot. Also, sometimes the jokes and stereotypes are a bit easy, it could have been more subtile.
