this film.
although long, and not filled with immense intensity the entire time, it was incredible and I could not look away. the slow burn of understanding everything, the slow burn of the creation of the bomb, the aftermath unraveling time and time again…. Wow!
The cast was impeccable… although I was deeply saddened by my girl Pugh dying :(The cinematography, the score, the EVERYTHING.
EMILY BLUNT WAS A BAD ASS WOMAN, GOD DAMN PLEASE MARRY ME … that one scene where she’s getting questioned, I’m dead
will watch again and will have to add this is probably my favourite film of 2023.
