I’ve seen this movie a few years ago and I’m very glad that it’s finally getting the recognition it deserves. There’s something about a dysfunctional family that peaks my interest. I have no idea why but it’s interesting to see other families and how they go about their lives while in a shitty situation. The purity and loss is so strong in this film. I genuinely loved it and would watch again.

After hearing about how Sofia Coppola and Spike Jonze directed their own film in perspective of their marriage, it made me want to give both films a watch.
I very much liked this film. I like the meaning of it as well. “Searching for a connection in a place where you don’t really belong in”. Billy Murray and Scarlett Johansson were perfect
