  For an artist’s heart is vast, too vast for one mere mortal to contain. What an honor it must be to love him, even as he lets the world devour you. Funny, right? 
  A true testament to love: unconditional, unreciprocated, and entirely individuals to bear.
  Well, if someone hated it, maybe it struck a little too close to home. Funny how that works. Maybe s/he was hoping for something a little less...poetically accurate?

  Watching Nosferatu at the Byrd Theater was my first time experiencing a film in an American theater. With its chandeliers, vintage charm, and old-Hollywood elegance, it felt like stepping into a different era. There's something special about watching a film in a venue that feels like it belongs to the same era. Even when the movie dragged, the experience was memorable.
