  Damn. It didn’t have to go that DEEP. At first I was thinking it was a little on the nose (no pun intended) but then they DOUBLED DOWN and TRIPLED DOWN. Refreshing to see something be truly cinematic and go all in. It had me thinking further on how harsh women are on themselves and how much the film/media industry capitalizes on beauty…like we’re all just livestock with limited shelf life, being propped up for gain. Oof. Tough to watch but certainly thought provoking and jarring.

  Holy smokes, that was a rollercoaster ride. Family trauma at high elevation. I can’t believe we were able to be let into this story.

  Damn. That was a brave piece of filmmaking. It’s one thing to confront your family’s darkest secrets. It’s another to show them to the world in the hopes that it helps to better it.

  Jesus, that was sad. What a goddamn take on toxic masculinity. Oof. A Greek tragedy of epic proportions. The true story was apparently so dark, they left one of the real brothers out of the script because it would be too much for audiences. 

  Dad Coach energy is REAL. Fritz Vin Erich had the world’s most massive chip on his shoulder and wouldn’t rest till one of his sons avenged it. Scary-intimidating acting from McCallany.
