Unrest 2022
What a strange experience. The whole movie feels as if you are inside of a clock, many small adjustments, always busy, shots that estrange the viewer. The bureaucratic essence of standing on the necks of employees with a smile tussles with anarchists that try to out-compete the capatalist machine with workmanship. Lots of repetition make this a very succinct picture that is well executed - standout was definitely the escher-esque shot of the watch factory.

A thoroughly disorienting experience, often fees like one person was writing with no oversight and they had no idea what they wanted to accomplish, despite that there are good comedic moments and the actors all do a good job of holding the project together, but the construction is so jumbled it just is an unavoidable hangup. Toni Collette still rocks!
