  real life plausibilities will always be scarier to me than fictional fantasies.

  the scenes with gordy left me much more unnerved than anything having to do with aliens. something about the fact that such events could happen in real life make them that much more uncomfortable to see on screen. 

  i love this movie and i love all the symbolism throughout, obvious or not.
