First off, I loved this film. one of my favourite films of the year so far.
I'm not a fan of of Elton John's music, I've never really connected with it. However the use of the music here, as part of the narrative, gave it a much richer layer than I've appreciated before.

Saw this at a screening at the Sun Theatre in Yarraville, Victoria. It's an art Deco theatre,which was a great setting.
