  as an asian immigrant who moved to canada in 2009, this movie was so nostalgic and hit so close to home.

  the pains of growing up... having rocky relationships with family members, the uncertainties of the future, infatuations and crushes, the "need" to erase your asian-ness to fit in, the acceptance of drifting apart from childhood friends, exploring your passions, finding where you belong

  so many themes and stories that i connected with.... also was so fun to see old…
