  I went through a weird phase last year where I would watch clips from this movie on YouTube. All together, in order, this is a hilarious movie. It’s a classical comedy. The fall and redemption of the protagonist is uncomfortable, cathartic and relatable. And so so funny.

  Kristen Wiig is a genius. Maya Rudolph is effortlessly funny. Rose Byrne tears it up. Oh and Melissa McCarthy is one of the greats (Timmy forgot to mention her but it’s fine).

  Went by myself because I didn’t want to defend it to anybody! And I’m glad I did.

  This is pretty much exactly what I was expecting. Fun action. Immersive flight sequences. Likeable (enough) characters. A great Harrison Ford performance.

  Dialogue was weak because the story was weak. It relied too heavily on a previous installment that I haven’t thought of in 15 yrs. To fans and critics that demand every loose end gets tidied up- this is the result!

  I’m still excited for future Marvel installments. This industry is big enough to support an ecosystem of projects, including hero flicks.
