This film made me feel ill, not instantly, but a creeping feeling of unwell that you only notice little by little.

Why do I like films where the ending is dark and the message is ‘still suffering, time/sucess changes nothing’? (I'm thinking of A Real Pain, Maria and now The Brutalist)
    .
I love seeing Adrien Brody on screen, and he was really, really good, but I think everyone in Conclave or Daniel Craig in Queer were a bit better (I haven't seen the other performances)?
    .
(I was kind of hoping to see more concrete pouring)

Episode 6: Don't explain stuff to me! Show me stuff! That's what tv shows are for.
Here goes my fundamental problem with marvel again (except for Ragnarok, I enjoy and love you for ever): It's always about the next big thing, the MCU, the connections, the YouTube video analysis and podcast speculations about what's to come - NEVER about the story here and now. Such wasted potential to create a memorable, iconic LIMITED series.
I'm angry. I had so high hopes. Episode 6 is my GoT season 8
