This movie did not have me feeling anything positive after watching but rather a feeling of helplessness and despair which is definitely a feat in itself. For only being 1 hour 40 minutes though it feels as if it drags for 3 hours; make what you will of whether that's a good or bad thing

yeah yeah yeah some men aren't that great get over it. This movie suffers from trying to be surreal and convey too political a message that it can't focus on one aspect or the other

This film was a waste of time, a waste of shock value, a waste of good actors. the writing was full of twists that felt like disappointments rather than revelations, the exposition intended to misguide the audience was lazy and forthcoming in it’s “I’m not lying” as it smirks cheekily. the “I’m a vampire” line for example was horrific in it’s execution and the intention was boring and camp, not shocking. The acting can’t decide whether it’s going for realism…

    A sight for sore eyes

When everything, the media, the world around us, even those close to us seems dark and dreary, a film like this raises spirits. Without the use of needless peril, over-saturated extremities or high-concept themes it fortifies a sense of hope and beauty that can otherwise be lost within our reality at times. This is another example of a perfect rainy day or Sunday afternoon movie :)
