  yes he was a shitty person. but that was the point. mental health can definitely compromise people into doing terrible things, not justified, but real. the movie wasn't perfect, but i think it does what it's trying to do. my biggest regret is the way it represents people with anxiety and depression in a light like this. but oddly enough i think it appeals to the asshole inside all of us and the three dimensionality of the story. you don't…
