this movie is so good :,) I think that it's use of psychedelic visuals that very much reflect louis' mind, it's shot in 5:4, and just is really beautiful overall. I don't really expect much out of amazon original movies but this one was genuinely so good. This movie was okay. Not my favorite for a couple reasons, one of them being that some of the scenes just take forever to get out of, and they all kind of serve the same purpose. This film pleasantly surprised me editing-wise. There's a section of this movie that's like a dream sequence, and I really enjoyed watching all of the different landscapes edited in... almost 100 years ago. I think this is a really interesting film post-production related.
