Just Mercy 2019
To say that Just Mercy was thought provoking would be an understatement and wouldn’t do justice to truly how inspiring and moving the movie was. I found in many scenes I was inspired to reflect internally upon my privilege and how complacent I may have been in it. I might not realistically be able to pursue a career like Michael B Jordan’s character Brian, but I did find myself asking what impact can I have within my community. Overall I thought the film adaptation of the true story carried the message of the story very well. 4/5
