  Really beautiful, intimate, and poetic portrait following Quincy, Daniel, and the black community in Hale County, Alabama. Docs like these where you can feel the filmmaker living and being with the people are the best kinds. We get to experience daily life and see their ambition and love.
  Watching this film is really inspiring me to make another documentary.

  very beautiful and sad film that captures the artist's experience, as well as the process of grieving loss and regret.
  Not gonna lie I don't watch anime often, but this one was really touching and 100% worth the time.

  Very powerful and inspiring film. How he kept his head up amidst hatred, racism, and even death threats. persevered playing ball. and then that last scene was cut so beautifully and triumphantly. Chadwick Boseman's acting was absolutely phenomenal :(
