As soon as I started this movie and realized it was going to have no dialogue or humans and would just be about a cat and a flood, I was so tempted to turn it off. I'm glad I didn't. Sorry, I'm just a Philistine that way. But in my defense I totally liked it! I'm arty and cool, I promise!

This movie has everything I miss about living in New York: apartments that look like someone actually lives in them, respect for high art that isn't commercial, quirky old people who are just out here occupying space, pedestrians, nerdy friends who write and perform extremely cringe songs about you outside in front of the general public.
