  If the point of a film is to do something to the viewer which they appreciate this is a wonderful film. As an Australian, it taps into days of sun and water and gumnuts, and other things similar, and the hazy, druggy feeling of the heat and light hitting your head, and slumping on a tree.   RoboCop 1987

  This was the most gleeful experience I've ever had watching an action film. A perfect violent, intelligent satire, which it seems is all Hollywood wants to give more discerning filmgoers today, those that are sick of the regular slop they churn out; but that still doesn't diminish RoboCop. Very funny also. I thought of Repo Man while watching this, and realised, RoboCop is much better than Repo Man. Fuck Repo Man!
