  james showed me this. no plot that was obvious to our frayed attention - and none was needed. they are all a joy to watch, in particularly amy poehler (as always). tina fey was there too. good times :)

  really liked... good actors. everyones eyes were very good. i felt like i knew/got the characters but they also weren't just cookie cutter archetypes. good.

  had a smile on my face the whole time, such fun! experience enhanced by wearing hot pink fake nails -- would recommend.

  they do a little fake-out at the beginning where you think it's gonna be a Bo Burnham type thing where they virtue signal and pretend that that's enough to actually not perpetuate shit yourself. but then they make it clear this film isn't under any delusions about what it is. nice.
