A highly skilled chef serves you a bowl of grey sludge. It tastes like nothing you’ve ever had before. Its confusing and tastes horrible, but you keep eating it and find it complex and admirable.
I wouldn’t say I enjoyed this, but I’m happy shit like this exists. I think.
