Couldn’t stop sobbing the entire thing for some reasons it just hit close to home, having a loved one go through addiction and not being able to do anything. Knowing that if someone doesn’t want help, whether people or yourself, no one can help them no matter how hard they try. It made my stomach turn and churn but it was probably something I genuinely needed to watch. It allows you to have realisations.

Ride or Die 2021
Obviously directed and written by a man, which shows in multiples aspect of the movie whether the pace, objectification of the women and the sex scenes. Nonetheless I think I still very much like this movie, writing apart of course, the two woman are actually very endearing and it might also be because Kiko plays the main lead. I’d say if it was reworked and not so make gazey it would have much more potential and would be more bearable, still some good scenes like when they finally get away from the husband and are alone together.
