Production design was the charm and the limitations of the movie. As good and as tense as the movie made the conflict of rescuing a diver felt a movie on this scale felt too big for the real life events the story is based on. But I like that it still felt real and never seemed to outshine the realm of possibility to inflate the real drama and events that happened for the sake of "creating a better" story.
Technically competent visuals and committed acting without much of a story thesis to tell beyond the suffering of guilt and the paranoia of isolation.
The whiplash of tone and line reads that lacked direction didn't make sense until the first name in the credits rolled through. But there is like 25 minutes of enjoyable movie scattered around in there.
