Flow 2024
This was gorgeous and I loved almost everything about it, but it did that Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron thing where the animals don’t speak words but the filmmakers still have them make animal noises constantly anyway to express themselves as if they don’t trust the animation to do it. Between this and unexpectedly loving In a Violent Nature I think I need to check out more minimal/low-dialogue films.
