Nobody 2021
What a nice despicable stupid movie! It makes no sense and is completely unrealistic, there are tons of gruesome deaths and weapons and explosions AND BOB ODENKIRK - so hurray! Of course its basically a weird male fantasy playing out, oblivious to how problematic it kinda is. No actually, it probably just doesnt care. Never gets boring in its 90 minutes, always stylish, always completely nuts. Reminds me a bit of Shoot em up meets John Wick meets Pig. Pull the off switch on your brain and have fun!

Don't Look Up 2021
I could not say why, but for some reason I am not the biggest fan of Adam McKays films (and I have to be honest: of all his movies I have not watched the Anchorman movies). The other films had wonderful scenes in them, but for some reason I couldn't fully connect with them. The Big Short I found a bit exhausting in style. And Vice for example, I remember was a good movie – but it just plainly vanished…

Oh, you wonderful batshit. So, Ridley Scott apparently decided, that he wanted to make a movie with the characters all being italian members of a famous italian family living in italy - but with american actors all talking in english with a thick italian accent to each other. And so he did. And boy, did he deliver.
Don't get me wrong, of course some of the actors he casted have italian descent, like Lady Gaga and the fabulous Al Pacino.…Translated from by
