The King's Speech 2010
A beautiful jaw dropping performance by Colin firth as king George VI, honestly blew my expectations coming in to it I knew it would be good, especially due to Colin firth’s Oscar win but still amazing, the soundtrack is beyond amazing. The back and forth play between colin firth’s character and Geoffrey rush’s character is amazing and easily the highlight of the film is the scene right before the coronation. Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood 2019
Tarantino at his best, set in the twilight years of Hollywood’s golden age, the movie is commentary on what could’ve been, an aging movie star past his golden years parallels Hollywood in that day and age, but instead of collapsing he gets a second wind unlike what happened in reality. The movie also incorporates the gruesome Manson murders which were a horrific nail in the coffin for the end of hollywoods golden age.
Brad Pitt and DiCaprio are excellent in this movie and the closing scene is when of the best in cinema

Igby Goes Down 2002
It’s a strange movie, that leaves me feeling content but also underwhelmed in a good way. It’s a strange story of a boy who just can’t place himself in a world, likes puzzle with a piece that doesn’t fit. He doesn’t want to fit either, he does his own thing lives by his ethos.
I really enjoyed the ending sequence/montage where they played the song the weight by Travis, good song and a good ending.
